QualifiedFor.com allows you to configure any number of person tags and assign tags to a person record to extend the data held for the person.
For example, you may create a tag named "Department" with a configured set values which can then be assigned to people records.
This tag can then be applied to reporting criteria to filter for all people in a particular department or departments.
